Effective Date: 2026-05-14
Welcome to ParkCycle Reminder (which may be marketed as ParkCycle Reminder; the “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) carefully before installing, opening, or using the App. By installing, opening, tapping agree, or otherwise using any App feature, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.
If you are under 18 years old, please read this Agreement with a parent or legal guardian and use the App only after obtaining their explicit consent. Protections for children under 14 are also described in our Privacy Policy.

I. Definitions and Scope
1. “User” or “you” means any natural person who downloads, installs, opens, or uses the App.
2. “Services” means all features and auxiliary capabilities we provide through the App as installed on your device, including parking session creation, camera capture of the official payment sign or QR code posted by a parking facility or venue, vehicle-location notes, vehicle-location photos, fee-cycle reminders, local notifications, payment screenshot storage, parking history, settings, and legal-document display.
3. This Agreement governs all use of the App. Some capabilities rely on Apple iOS, App Store, device local storage, system dates, notifications, and other platform capabilities; Apple’s rules also apply where relevant.
II. Product Positioning and Service Content
1. The App is a local-first iPhone and iPad personal parking session assistant. Its purpose is to help you manually save the official payment entry point, vehicle location, fee-cycle reminder, payment screenshot, and exit evidence for parking at malls, hospitals, airports, office buildings, garages, and similar venues. Exact features, fields, and use cases are governed by the current UI and App Store description.
2. Subject to applicable laws and this Agreement, the current commercial release may provide capabilities including:
1) Current session: parking venue, vehicle location notes, elapsed time, next fee-cycle reminder, official payment sign, and evidence status;
2) Evidence capture: when you trigger the feature, use Camera or the photo picker to save the official payment sign, vehicle-location photo, and payment screenshot;
3) Fee-cycle reminders: based on the fee cycle and lead time you enter, use iOS local notifications before a possible next billing cycle;
4) History and archive: store ended parking-session summaries, timelines, local image paths, and notes on device for later review;
5) Settings and legal documents: local-first privacy posture, no-account/no-server notices, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, version, contact, VIP, and restore-purchase entry points.
3. The current version does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, or other professional advice. Parking duration, fee cycles, reminders, amounts, checklists, and explanations shown in the App are for personal organization only and do not replace parking facility operators, payment platforms, posted rules, regulatory requirements, or professional advice.
4. The current version mainly relies on manual entry and local device capabilities. Except for the VIP paywall, monthly subscription, and lifetime purchase benefits explicitly shown in the App, automatic parking payment, official parking-system integration, live parking availability, reservations, invoices, cloud sync, OCR auto-recognition, or guarantees about fake QR-code detection are not part of this release commitment.
5. Functionality may vary depending on system time, region format, user input accuracy, device storage, OS cleanup, backup settings, and iOS version. Third-party terms, Apple platform behavior, and your original materials remain the final source of truth.
III. Accounts, Connectivity, and Versions
1. The current App does not provide or require a proprietary cloud account. You do not need to register a username, password, phone number, or email address with us to use core local features.
2. The current version does not rely on our server or API to store your parking sessions, official payment signs, vehicle photos, payment screenshots, reminder settings, or history. Your records and images are stored on device by default. If you enable iOS backups, migration, or other Apple services, Apple and your system settings govern that processing.
3. The current version may include Apple App Store in-app purchases, including an auto-renewable monthly subscription and a non-consumable lifetime purchase. Product names, prices, periods, benefits, restore purchase behavior, subscription management, and refund paths are governed by App Store product information, the in-app paywall, and Apple rules. The App does not provide an external payment link.
4. We may release updates, including bug fixes, improvements, rule changes, language expansion, and compliance changes. Please obtain updates through the App Store. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the then-effective Agreement and rules.
IV. Payment Rules and Subscription Notice
1. The current version may include a VIP paywall. Products usually include an auto-renewable monthly subscription and a non-consumable lifetime purchase. The default commercial configuration is USD $0.99/month and USD $10 for lifetime unlock; final prices, currencies, taxes, promotions, and availability are determined by the App Store storefront.
2. Free capabilities, VIP capabilities, benefit boundaries, purchase entry points, restore purchase entry points, subscription status, and cancel/failure states should match the in-app paywall, Settings page, App Store metadata, and the current UI. Users who have not paid may continue to use the free preview or basic capabilities explicitly provided by the current version.
3. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew under Apple rules unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends in your Apple ID account settings. Purchase confirmation, subscription management, refund requests, and family sharing are provided through the Apple App Store and Apple ID settings.
4. Payment, billing, refunds, invoices, subscription management, and disputes are primarily governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Media Services Terms, and App Store rules. We do not collect or store full card numbers or complete payment credentials inside the App.
V. Permissions and Authorization
1. Manual parking-session records can be used without granting Camera, Photos, or notification permission; however, capturing the official payment sign, capturing vehicle-location evidence, importing photos, saving payment screenshots, and fee-cycle reminders require the corresponding Camera, Photos, or local notification permission.
2. When you tap to capture the official payment sign, capture vehicle location, import a photo, save a payment screenshot, or set a fee-cycle reminder, the system may request Camera, Photos, or local notification permission. We explain the purpose through iOS system prompts or in-app context. You may refuse or revoke authorization in Settings; refusing only affects the corresponding capture or reminder feature and does not affect manual records or already saved records.
3. We do not silently invoke sensitive permissions in the background without a user-triggered feature path. Any new permission must stay consistent with the PRD/CommercialScope, Privacy Policy, Info.plist purpose strings, and App Store privacy disclosures.
VI. User Conduct and Lawful Use
1. You represent that you have lawful rights or authorization for all information you enter, store, export, share, or show to others, and that such information complies with laws and does not infringe third-party rights, including privacy rights, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or contractual rights.
2. You shall not use the App to:
- Forge, alter, or distribute false records, proof files, transaction information, third-party evidence, or claim materials;
- Create, store, or disseminate illegal, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, violent, terroristic, or otherwise improper content;
- Interfere with or disrupt the App, system, device, or related services, or access systems/data without authorization;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or bypass licensing controls;
- Abuse the App through automation or use it to infringe another person’s privacy, property rights, or contractual rights.
3. Third-party processing, refunds, disputes, claims, or similar outcomes ultimately depend on relevant third parties, platforms, laws, and original materials. We do not guarantee that any record you create will be accepted by a third party.
VII. Data, Privacy, and Local Storage
1. Please read the Privacy Policy in full; it is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
2. In summary: parking venue, location notes, fee cycles, reminder settings, official payment sign photos, vehicle-location photos, payment screenshots, parking dates, and history summaries are processed and stored locally on your device by default. We do not operate a cloud account or server for ordinary users’ parking records or photo evidence.
3. You are responsible for verifying entered information and backing up important proof. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or inaccurate records caused by device loss, damage, uninstallation, OS cleanup, disabled backup, accidental deletion, OS upgrade issues, or user input errors.
VIII. Intellectual Property
1. The App’s code, UI, icons, copy, interactions, and documentation are owned by us or licensors. Except as required by law or expressly granted here, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or use them for competing commercial purposes.
2. Content you enter, generate, or lawfully own remains yours or your licensors’. You grant us the limited license necessary to provide local display, calculation, sorting, filtering, and storage on device.
3. If you believe the App infringes your rights, contact us with a notice and supporting evidence; we will handle it in accordance with applicable law.
IX. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
1. THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR:
- Service interruption or data loss due to force majeure, third-party failures, or Apple service issues;
- Malfunctions, date errors, or data loss caused by device issues, OS incompatibility, low storage, revoked permissions, misuse, incorrect system time, jailbreaking, or unofficial builds;
- Failed third-party processing, refunds, disputes, claims, or similar matters caused by inaccurate user input, missing original materials/proof, or failure to comply with relevant third-party policies;
- Consequences arising from your breach of this Agreement or laws;
- Risks from unofficial installation channels.
2. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US FOR THE DISPUTED MATTER, IF ANY. IF YOU PAID NOTHING, APPLICABLE STATUTORY LIMITS MAY APPLY.
3. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or liability caps; in those jurisdictions, such limits apply only to the extent allowed by law.
X. Changes and Termination
1. We may revise this Agreement and notify you via in-app prompts, announcements, App Store metadata, or other reasonable means. If changes materially impair your rights, we will strive to provide prominent notice.
2. If you disagree with updates, stop using the App; continued use constitutes acceptance.
3. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time; we may also discontinue all or part of the Services as permitted by law.
XI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. Formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
2. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court at the defendant’s domicile.
XII. Miscellaneous
1. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
2. This Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and App Store rules together govern your use. If conflicts arise, the latest published text that is lawful and less restrictive on your rights generally prevails for the same subject matter, except where mandatory law applies.
